An architecture project always starts with a drawing.
In this part of the design stage, we’ll look at the operation’s feasibility and the compatibility between the desired outcome and the allocated budget.
We’ll come on site to precisely measure your indoor and (or) outdoor area so as to draw up 2D or 3D blueprints depending on your needs.
3D blueprints, creating a very realistic experience, let our clients picture the final results in great details (wall color, kitchen, flooring, etc), and make the right decision.
2D (design or execution) blueprints allow you to assess your project’s cost, to present your asset to potential clients (sale/rental), etc.
A new construction, an addition to an existing building, an increase in height, the creation or modification of openings in the building, a swimming pool, roof repairs… most construction projects are subject to administrative procedures.
After coming up with a project that fits your needs, AGEC will handle all the administrative procedures, and all the different graphic and written pieces attached to it, in compliance with city regulations. We are in close contact with urban planning departments, we submit 5 copies of your application, and closely monitor the application’s processing.
For some construction projects, one has to submit a construction declaration beforehand. The nature, importance, and location of the project determines the type of procedure it must go through, and the type of form one has to use (construction permit, prior declaration of the project, etc). The information and elements you should provide differ depending on the nature of the project.
We often share our project management responsibilities with design teams, and our methodology follows the one outlined in the French Project Management Act of 1985. We lead and coordinate project management and site monitoring duties with the greatest attention to detail, which we continuously improve by working on ambitious and demanding projects (vacation homes, hotels, housing, offices, and stores) with a wide variety of players.
